Capital Bank Kazakhstan JSC hereby informs you that a new Law No. 167-VI “On Currency Exchange Regulation and Exchange Control” dated July 2, 2018 including the following statutes and regulations will become effective in Kazakhstan from July 1, 2019:
1)	Rules for monitoring of exchange operations in the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 64 dated April 10, 2019;
2)	Rules for exchange operations in the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 40 dated March 03, 2019;
3)	Rules of export and import currency control in the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 42 dated March 30, 2019;
4)	Rules for provision of information by branches (representative offices) of foreign non-financial organizations operating in the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 41 dated March 30, 2019.
